I will teach you to Get Consistent.
The C15 Method is new and effective way to overcome procrastination, tech-addiction and low motivation... in just 15 minutes per day.
Hey there,
So a while ago, I posted about my journey towards developing my newest and most effective self-improvement method.
I’ve since dubbed it the C15 Method (short for Consistent 15). It’s geared towards dealing with issues of procrastination, time-wasting and vices, as well as chronic low levels of motivation, focus and productivity. In short, it’ll turn you into someone who's just consistent with their commitments and habits… which I know is what we’re all after.
Anyway, the intention was (and still is) to teach it through a video course format. But I’ve been itching to get it out there and see it helping others in the wild. As such, I’m opening up a few 1 on 1 coaching slots where I’ll be teaching the method live and supporting its application in real time.

Also, just to let you know, I’ve been working on my next Reddit post.
It has to do with the neurotransmitter dopamine—I know, I’m a little late jumping on the bandwagon with this one—but there are still many lingering misconceptions and areas to explore.
I’ve come to see that all this talk of dopamine is so prevalent because it’s so dang critical for self-discipline. Dopamine really affects everything we do, or more importantly, what we want to do and so rationalize and end up doing. Getting a firm understanding of our various dopamine pathways and learning to manipulate them on that level, is simply indispensable on our quests to improving our habits.
If you want to get a head start, I suggest you take a look at the book The Molecule of More by by Daniel Z. Lieberman and Michael E. Long. It’s super good and it forms the basis of my upcoming article.
Until then, be well,
Simon ㋛
