They key to making your New Years Resolutions stick: don't do it alone.
Join a like-minded cohort in the free Group Accountability Program. Plus a few updates from me.
Hey, I hope you’re having a healthy and restful holiday break, despite, of course everything going on out there.
I have a couple things to share real quick:
I’m running another round of the -free- group accountable program (Habit Reframe Method: GAP - link). It starts soon… December 31st—so seriously, the timing couldn’t be better if you’re determined to kick off 2022 right.
In previous rounds, and we’ve seen students break habits, stop procrastinating and get massive improvements in their lifestyles. Here are a few awesome messages we’ve gotten (esp. Zyed’s which get’s to the core of why it works):
I’ll be opening up a few slots for some 1 on 1 coaching in the new year. I want to focus on tech addiction, so we’ll be using Qustodio so I can track your usage and set limits and blocks. We’ll also focus on productivity skills and advancing on your goals. Hit reply if you’re interested or if you want more info.
Finally, after many requests, my goal for 2022 is to write a full book, expanding on the ideas of the Habit Reframe Method… and !!! I need some help. I’m looking for some friends to bounce ideas, share drafts of chapters, get criticism and feedback… so hit reply if you’re interested to get special access to this content (and direct support from me) before anyone else.
Alright, that’s it for now—but you can expect more Reddit articles and useful content in the new year. Thanks for reading and I wish you a great fresh start for this new year.
Be well,
-Simon ㋛
